Peek & Toland is hiring immediately for the position of Senior Immigration Paralegal in our Austin, Texas office. Preferably someone with at least 10 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, but will consider those with a minimum of 5 years experience. Must be fluent in Spanish. Person must be experienced in handling work visas (H1B, H2B, TNs, Os, Rs, Ls, E's any EB5 experience considered a bonus but not required). Must be experienced in handling Family based visas and having prepared waiver packets for Consular cases. Must have experience with both VAWA and U Visas. Any experience handling EOIR Removal cases considered a plus. Must be able to manage and coordinate a 3 paralegal immigration team and be responsible for supervising case volume. Competitive salary commensurate with experience, benefits, moving/relocating costs.
